Paradise Yoga Studios began as a personal search for peace. What started in the fast pace of New York’s nightlife slowly evolved into something quieter, more grounded, and more intentional.
This studio exists as a soft landing place rooted in reconnection, presence, and movement that supports your real life.
The founder’s path moved from overstimulation and burnout to self-practice, study, and healing. After years of late nights, constant output, and emotional disconnection, she turned inward. That journey led her to India to study the roots of yoga and reconnect with her body, breath, and sense of self.
Paradise Yoga Studios carries that spirit forward. It's a space for reconnection, where every body and every story is welcome. There are no prerequisites. You don’t need to be flexible, calm, or experienced. You only need to show up.
