A yoga mat, some water, and a quiet space to move are all you need. Props like blocks, straps, or blankets are helpful but totally optional. Come as you are, with whatever you’ve got.
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or familiar with yoga—just willing to show up and listen to your body.
