A slow, grounding practice to release tension and nourish your body. We’ll hold postures for several minutes, allowing deep stretches to target the connective tissues and quiet the mind. Leave feeling spacious, balanced, and deeply restored.

Sunday + Monday

A deeply meditative practice centered on one posture. On Friday, we gently introduce the asana, dedicating a full 30 minutes to exploring it with breath and stillness. When we return to the same posture on Saturday, we notice how the mind and body connect more deeply, observing subtle shifts and growth. Leave feeling grounded, present, and attuned to your inner awareness.

An energizing practice to awaken your body and focus your mind. We’ll flow through a steady sequence of postures with breath and movement linked, building strength, flexibility, and inner clarity. Leave feeling revitalized, and centered for the day ahead.
